Mitsubishi Electric MELDAS PCB board, model QX524C, part number BN634A636G51. This is the CRTC graphic display and video communication board for the Mitsubishi MELDAS M-Plus and T-Plus CNC control series, also used on Mazak MAZATROL M-Plus and T-Plus controls. Per manufacturer specifications, the QX524C manages video output and display functions for the 14-inch color monitor on MELDAS M-Plus and T-Plus equipped machine tools. The board designation 3DTN500 QX524 is visible on the orange identification label on the reverse side. A Mitsubishi Electric barcode sticker is affixed. The board is populated with a Mitsubishi MELDA-S MAC202 BH5C custom ASIC (5D4, Made in Japan), a 45.000 MHz crystal oscillator (CU oscillator, 1347, 45.0000, 541JPN), HD64180 series processor or equivalent, and supporting logic ICs including HD6548 series and HD625604 memory devices visible in photo 2. PBUS and SBUS connectors are present on the board edge. The QX524C is confirmed by multiple US industrial CNC suppliers as a current spare and replacement part. Per field documentation, the board includes four status LEDs; the top two indicate data transfer between operation boards and the lower two (FBAL1 and FBAL2) indicate balance fault status. Compatible with Mitsubishi MELDAS M-Plus, T-Plus, and equivalent Mazak MAZATROL M-Plus and T-Plus CNC machine tool controls. UL recognized component marking visible (SMB1A, 94V-0).
