This listing is for a Mitsubishi Electric Corporation DIAROL Model DL-SEZ spindle drive controller, Type DL-SEZ-2-2.2-K-HD80, BD number 461U770, Serial W61590001 8811, manufactured in Japan. The front panel board reference is BD998B538K01-A. The DIAROL DL-SEZ series is a DC spindle drive controller platform used in Mazak and other CNC machine tool applications equipped with the Mitsubishi DIAROL spindle control system.

The front panel includes LED indicator lamps for Phase Sequence, Forward, Reverse, Zero Speed, Over Heat, Tach Loss, Over Speed, IOC Trip, Fuse Blow, Ready, Normal, Inverse, High Speed, Stop, and Magnet SW status. Adjustment potentiometers are provided for Current F.B., High Speed Set, Low Speed Set, Cushion Time, Positive and Negative Current Limit, Speed Controller Lead and Lag, Current Controller Lead, Lag, Rough Tacho F.B., and Fine Tacho F.B. A line frequency selector switch (SW1) is mounted on the front panel with 50Hz and 60Hz positions.

The internal assembly shows three-phase AC input terminal blocks labeled X1, X2, and X3 with heavy gauge wiring, power semiconductors, and multiple plug-in circuit boards across the top of the chassis. This unit is offered as surplus and has not been tested or reconditioned by the seller.
