Used in food, beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical process applications, this Motovario NMRV-P 075 worm gearmotor is a combined right-angle worm gear reducer and three-phase AC induction motor assembly. The integral motor is a TH100LA4 frame unit rated at 2.2 kW, 1430 RPM at 50 Hz, with dual voltage capability at 230/400V delta/star configuration. At 60 Hz, the motor operates at 265/460V with a speed of approximately 1740 RPM. Motor class is IP65, insulation class F, with IE2 efficiency rating and IMB frame orientation. The NMRV-P 075 gearbox section carries part number 6355158-002, with a gear ratio of 7.50:1, universal mounting position (U), and lubricated with Kluber Synth UH1-6-320 food-grade synthetic oil, making it suitable for hygienic and washdown environments. The die-cast aluminum alloy housing accommodates universal mounting orientations without modifying lubricant quantity. A large stainless steel output flange coupling is attached to the gearbox output shaft.
