Used in Okuma CNC turning centers with live tooling capability, the MT Marchetti OKU0800232 is an axial opposite face twin driven tool holder featuring dual ERA32 spindles positioned on opposing faces of the body. Manufactured by M.T. S.r.l. (Marchetti) of Italy, this unit is designed specifically for Okuma turret systems and carries the assembly designation ASS.OKU D.U. ERA32 as stamped on the nameplate. The internal part reference is 1019-1, with a COD. designation of OKU0800232 and a date code of 04/17. Maximum rated speed is 6000 RPM. External coolant delivery is integrated via copper tubing fittings visible on both sides of the body, allowing coolant to reach the cutting zone at each spindle output. The dual spindle configuration allows simultaneous or independent use of two ERA32 collet positions on opposite faces of a single turret station, enabling multi-face operations without re-indexing.
