Pacific Ozone part number W3T512161 is an OEM power supply board assembly designed for use in Pacific Ozone industrial ozone generator systems. The assembly consists of two PCBs mounted within an aluminum extrusion chassis: the Lo Power Supply Board (PCB silkscreen: PACIFIC OZONE LO POWER SUPPLY BD. CVC10028 REV-1, serial SN A167) and a Power Factor Correction Board (PCB silkscreen: POWER CORRECTION BD. CYC10091 REV-0, serial SN A271). The serial number on the external chassis label reads 10247154-1.

The assembly features substantial power conversion components including dual toroidal inductors, electrolytic capacitors, a finned aluminum heat sink, a MEAN WELL IRM-10-15 encapsulated power module, and a varistor marked MF72 16D20. Output terminal connections on the Lo Power Supply Board are labeled B, B+, +15, and GND. Board-level test point references include PS REF and MON designators. PCB compliance markings include 94V-0.
