Pacific Ozone Technology part number W3T512161 is a bracket-mounted two-board power supply assembly removed from Pacific Ozone industrial ozone generation equipment. The assembly consists of two PCBs mounted to an aluminum chassis bracket: a Lo Power Supply board identified by PCB silkscreen as CVC10028 REV-1, and a Power Factor Correction board identified as CVC10091 REV-4. Both boards carry serial number designations SN A046 and SN A067 respectively. The Lo Power Supply board incorporates a large toroidal inductor, multiple power MOSFETs with finned aluminum heatsinks, filter capacitors, a green terminal block (J4) labeled B-, B+, +15, and GND, and a 20-pin ribbon connector.
