Used in Mediseal and Körber Solutions pharmaceutical packaging and blister sealing machines, this sensor/actuator cable assembly carries Mediseal article number 10912010-0001A00, internal designation KIVI2, and is supplied in an original sealed Mediseal bag with production documentation. The cable itself is a Phoenix Contact SAC-3P-3.0-PVC/A-1L-Z, MPN 1415905, manufactured in Poland and assembled as a Körber Medipak Systems spare (customer reference 1573/534884, Position 5).

The cable is 3 meters in length with a 3-position, 3-conductor PVC black jacket (RAL 9005, UL94 V0 rated) and a DIN EN 175301-803 Type A valve connector on one end and bare flying leads on the other. Rated at 24V AC/DC and 4A nominal current, it includes a built-in Z-diode for transient suppression and a green LED status indicator. IP65/IP67 protection is confirmed per published specifications. The 3x 0.5 mm2 conductors use 20 AWG bare copper litz wires and CuSn/Sn contacts in a TPU housing. Cable temperature range is rated to 80°C for fixed installation.
