The Reliance Electric 0-60007-3 is a PMI AutoMax power supply board used in Reliance AutoMax distributed control systems. The board accepts 115 VAC input and provides regulated DC output to the rack, along with a 115 VAC output circuit designated for fan power. The front faceplate carries a PWR OK status LED indicator and a P1 terminal connection block with clearly labeled L1 and L2 input and output terminals. The PCB silkscreen confirms part number 0-60007-3 with Reliance Electric branding. A board-mounted label reads CHS0319, and a barcode sticker references SO-60007-3 05-305. The assembly includes large toroidal inductors, multiple electrolytic capacitors, two transformers, and an integrated circuit mounted in a metal bracket. A stamped plate on the board reads 417102 33A. This unit was remanufactured by Rockwell Automation under catalog number O600073, serial number SR0CX5KT, and was processed at service site H19E with hardware revision 660, dated 08/19/2010.
