The MP3 features an extended stylus overtravel range, making it suitable for applications where generous deflection clearance is required. This unit is mounted on a CAT40 shank, providing compatibility with standard CAT40 spindle interfaces on vertical and horizontal machining centers. The probe body carries serial number B58092.
