Used in CNC turning centers and manual lathes requiring a high-speed hydraulic workholding solution, the Samchully PowerGrip HS-06 is a 6.5-inch, 3-jaw open-center power chuck with a plain back mount configuration. The HS-06 features a wedge-type actuation mechanism and carries a maximum spindle speed rating of 6,000 RPM. Through-hole diameter is 46 mm (1.81 in.), accommodating bar-fed operations and through-shaft workholding. Jaw stroke on diameter is 5.5 mm, with a maximum plunger stroke of 12 mm. Static gripping force is rated at 57 kN. Clamping range spans 15 mm minimum to 169 mm maximum with standard soft jaws. Master jaw serration is 1.5 x 60 degrees, compatible with tooling sized for the 206 platform, which is a direct interchange with the Kitagawa B-206, Chandox OP-206, and Strong N-206. Serial number 67125 is stamped on the chuck body. Visible specifications on the chuck face indicate F MAX 22 kN, FS MAX 57 kN, and MASS 11.9 kg. This chuck ships as a plain back unit and requires a separately sourced spindle adapter plate to mount. No hydraulic cylinder or actuator is included. The nameplate and cast markings show no damage.
