The Sealmaster TB-210 is a Gold Line standard duty tapped base pillow block ball bearing with a 50 mm shaft bore. Catalog number 710097, UPC 662461053171, with a date code of 10 31 08 on the box label. The unit is supplied in its original Sealmaster factory packaging marked Set Screw, Gold Line, Standard.

Designed for applications where shafts are positioned close together, the tapped base TB series housing provides bolt down mounting from the underside of the support surface using threaded holes in the base rather than through bolts. The cast iron housing pairs with a 52100 bearing steel insert, black oxide coated for corrosion resistance. Locking to the shaft is achieved through Sealmaster set screws positioned at 120 degrees, with diamond faceted points for shaft retention. Sealing is provided by a patented felt lined flinger seal arrangement to retain lubricant and exclude contaminants.

Sealmaster Gold Line construction features include a zone hardened inner race under the ball path, a wide outer race for shock absorption, a metal land riding retainer, and the exclusive locking pin and dimple system that channels grease directly into the ball path through the outer ring. A zerk fitting provides relubrication access. The center line to base dimension is 2 1/4 inches and the minimum bolt hole spacing is 4 inches.

Suitable for use in conveyor systems, fans, blowers, agricultural equipment, food processing lines, packaging machinery, and general industrial machinery where a tapped base mount configuration is required.
