The nameplate reads SIMOTICS 1FK7042-2AF71-1CH1, 3~ Mot., serial YF R4612 2900 07 006, M0 3 Nm, I0 2.2 A, nmax 9000 r/min, MN 2.6 Nm, IN 2 A, nN 3000 r/min, UiN 270 V, Pt1000, Th.Cl. 155 (F), m 5 kg, IP65, IC40, Encoder AM24DQI P55, Brake 24VDC 12W 4Nm, RN 007, EN 60034, with CE, EAC and cUL us marks, Siemens AG, DE-97616 Bad Neustadt, Made in Germany. A second white label on the housing has data matrix codes and a UKCA mark, and its text is too small to read.

The motor has a right-angle round power connector with a red insert and pins, and a rectangular metal encoder connector on the rear. The shaft is plain and round with a threaded center hole, and the flange has through mounting holes. A red label on the flange end warns against impacts and axial load on the shaft end, and yellow hot surface warnings are on the flange end and the rear. The housing and flange have scuffs and small paint chips.
