The front is marked SIMATIC RF186C 6GT2002-0JE20.

The housing is light blue plastic. The front has two round M12 reader ports labeled X21 (PRE1) and X22 (PRE2) with ER1 and ER2 marks, and RUN, ERROR and MAINT indicators.
