The Sinpro SPU60-105 is a 50W desktop switching power supply manufactured by Sinpro Electronics in Taiwan. The nameplate identifies an input range of 100 to 240 VAC at 47 to 63 Hz with a current draw of 1.6A, and a DC output of 11 to 13V at up to 50W maximum, with a set up rating of 12V at 4.16A.
