This is an SKF 6009-2RSJEM sealed ball bearing. The box label reads SKF Explorer, 6009 2RSJEM, 334 B, 72, 12 and MADE IN USA. The bearing is stamped SKF, EXPLORER and USA, and the rest of the markings are only partly readable through the bag. No serial number is visible.

The bearing is in a clear plastic bag, inside a blue and red SKF box. The box is worn and dirty, with scuffed and frayed corners and edges. A black seal is visible on the face shown.
