The Square D 2510MBG2 is an integral horsepower AC manual motor starter from the Class 2510 series, manufactured by Schneider Electric and supplied in a sealed NEMA 1 painted sheet steel enclosure. Configured as a three pole, non reversing pushbutton operated device, this starter is rated for 600 VAC, three phase operation and is suitable for motors up to 5 HP at 380 to 575 VAC. The NEMA size designation is M 0, with an 18 amp current rating per published specifications. Operation is achieved through integrated start and stop pushbuttons mounted to the enclosure cover, providing direct manual control without the use of a magnetic coil. The unit requires three Type B thermal units (sold separately) to provide motor overload protection. Typical applications include small machine tools, pumps, fans, blowers, conveyors, and other light industrial loads where local manual control combined with thermal overload protection is required. UL Listed and CSA certified, with NOM 117 ANCE marking. Manufactured in Mexico. The packaged starter is identified by UPC 785901792536 and Square D part number 79253. Series A revision.
