The Villo VJF-5.5 is an industrial pulse jet dust collector rated at 5.5 kW, manufactured by Dongguan Villo Technology Inc. The unit carries serial number TV240229001 and is mounted on heavy-duty locking casters for portable, floor-level deployment within a production facility.
The VJF series is designed for multi-motor operation with large air volume capacity and an automatic pulse jet filter cleaning system. The integrated control panel features a Villo-branded digital controller with status indicators, along with a separate operator station housing six push-button controls labeled in Chinese for functions including power indication, run indication, fault indication, emergency stop, start, run, and backflushing. Internal components visible in the electrical compartment include a Mean Well DRH-60-24 DIN-rail power supply, Schneider Electric contactors, terminal blocks, and a custom PCB control module enclosed in a clear-lidded enclosure.
The cabinet is constructed from powder-coated steel sheet metal in a two-section vertical cabinet configuration, with a compressed air regulator assembly visible on the side panel and a circular intake port on the lower housing.
