The Alemite 385007 A1 is a low oil level switch designed for use in Alemite oil mist lubrication generator systems. This unit serves as the level sensing component for 3 gallon reservoir oil mist generators, including the 3725, 3726, 3730, 3731, 3732, and 3736 series. When oil in the reservoir drops below a predetermined level, the switch actuates to trigger a warning indicator, alarm, or system shut off. Construction includes a vertical metal probe rod with a black float assembly at the lower end and a square mounting flange with elbow fitting at the upper end. Wiring includes red, blue, and black lead conductors routed up the probe shaft. Per manufacturer published specifications, the switch is rated at 60 watts with a maximum current of 0.5 amps and an operating voltage range of 90 to 250 VAC. The unit is identified by part number 385007 A1 and is supplied with the original Alemite installation instruction sheet referencing terminal board cover, gasket assembly, ferrule, outer locknut, inner locknut, nipple, sleeve, and switch screw components. Original Alemite factory packaging is included. Manufactured by Alemite Corporation, 167 Roweland Drive, Johnson City, TN 37601. The 385007 A1 is used as a replacement low level switch in centralized oil mist lubrication systems serving bearings, gearboxes, and rotating equipment in industrial process applications.
