The Bardac powerPLX115/270 is a fully digital, three-phase DC drive rated for 270 amps armature output with a maximum armature voltage of 500VDC. The unit accepts three-phase input power at 460/230VAC at 50/60Hz and provides up to 150 horsepower output at 500VDC armature, or 75 horsepower at 240VDC armature. Field supply output is rated at a maximum of 12 amps. Control power requires 1 amp at 120VAC, 60Hz or 110VAC, 50Hz.

This assembly includes the integrated Sprecher + Schuh CA6-210-EI three-phase contactor and Bussmann FWH-300A semiconductor fusing, which are part of the standard powerPLX115/270 drive package per Bardac's published design. The contactor is rated for AC-1 use at 1000V, 350A, and conforms to IEC/EN 60947-4-1. Terminal hardware is CA6-HF 420.

The PLX series is Bardac's advanced digital DC drive platform, offering armature, tachometer, and encoder feedback compatibility. The drive includes built-in operator controls and supports regenerative operation. Serial number 31167 is visible on the nameplate. The unit was assembled in the USA at Bardac's Stevensville, Maryland facility.

Compatible replacement fusing per nameplate: Bussmann FWH300A for three-phase lines and FWH350A for armature circuit, with EL1, 2, 3 rated at FWH15A14F. Part number references powerPLX115/270 and is consistent across Bardac, Galco, and active surplus market listings.
