Used in hydraulic presses, compactors, machine tools, and other industrial fluid power systems, the Barksdale C9622-2 is a Series C9622 sealed piston pressure actuated switch with a dual setpoint configuration. The adjustable pressure range spans 125 to 1500 PSI (8.62 to 103 bar), with a proof pressure rating of 7000 PSI (483 bar). The switch uses SPDT snap action contacts rated at 10 amps at 125, 250, and 480 VAC, with a 1/4 in. 18 NPT female pressure port connection. Two independent switch circuits are included, with color-coded 18 in. free leads: red for common, blue for normally open, and orange for normally closed on each circuit. The anodized aluminum enclosure carries a NEMA 3 rating and features a tamper-resistant adjustment screw cover and an integrated 27/32 in. hole for 1/2 in. NPT conduit connection. A visual set-point indicator scale is visible on the enclosure face, graduated in both PSI (0 to 1600) and bar (0 to 110). The piston is constructed of 416 stainless steel, with Buna-N O-ring seals and a nickel-plated aluminum process fitting as standard.
