The Barksdale D2H-A80SS is a housed diaphragm pressure or vacuum actuated switch with a dual setpoint configuration and an adjustable range of 0.5 to 80 PSI (.034 to 5.52 bar). Proof pressure is rated at 160 PSI (11.0 bar). The unit features a tamper resistant cover over the setpoint adjustment screws and an anodized aluminum housing rated to NEMA 4 as standard. Electrical ratings shown on the nameplate include 10 amps at 125 VAC, 10 amps at 250 VAC, and 3 amps at 480 VAC. Adjustment direction is clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease for pressure service, with the reverse direction used for vacuum service. The pressure port is a 1/4 In. NPT female connection. The D2H series is designed for industrial pressure control applications requiring instrument class accuracy where pressure pulsations remain below 25 cycles per minute. Typical uses include hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, compressors, pumps, lubrication systems, and machine tool circuits. The switch is supplied with flying lead wire terminations and a mounting bracket as shown. Nameplate date code reads 04 13. A stamped identifier of 130502 is visible on the diaphragm housing. The factory preset suffix is not visible on the unit, so setpoints should be verified or field adjusted to the buyer's required values within the published adjustable range.
