Product Description

This is a D'Andrea 41.6.50.01.050.49 rough boring head assembly. The CAT 50 holder is marked D'ANDREA, Made in Italy, 416 50 01 050 49, CAT 50 INCH, MHD'50 F.120. The reducer is marked D'ANDREA, Made in Italy, RD 50/32.87. The boring head is marked D'ANDREA, Made in Italy, TS 32/3 and a diameter of 35.5-5, with the ends of both lines cut off in the photo. No serial number is shown.

The assembly has a CAT 50 taper with a retention knob, a black coated holder and reducer, a silver sleeve with a cross hole, and a black head with two cartridge holders. One holder has a gold-colored insert held by a screw. The taper shows marks and dirt, and the holder and head show light wear.

Sold as surplus, untested. This assembly has not been used or tested by MRO Exchange, and the diameter setting, runout and insert condition have not been verified.
