Product Description

This is a D'Andrea 41.6.50.01.050.49 rough boring head assembly. The CAT 50 holder is marked D'ANDREA, Made in Italy, 416 50 01 050 49, CAT 50 INCH, MHD'50 F.120. The reducer is marked RD 50/32 144, the extension is marked PR 32 50, and the boring head is marked TS 32/32 with a diameter range of 35.5-50. All three are marked D'ANDREA, Made in Italy. No serial number is shown.

The assembly has a CAT 50 taper with a retention knob, a black coated holder, reducer, extension and head, and red D'andrea bands. The head has two cartridge holders. One holder has an insert installed, and the other shows no insert in the photos. The taper, holder and head show wear, dirt and metal debris.

Sold as surplus, untested. This assembly has not been used or tested by MRO Exchange, and the diameter setting, runout and insert condition have not been verified.
