Used in industrial motor control panels requiring forward and reverse motor operation, this Fuji Electric SC-E4 SE80AA reversing magnetic contactor starter assembly is built around two SC-E4 frame-size IEC contactors rated 80A AC-3 at 440V and 105A AC-1. The SE80AA designation indicates the 67mm frame size. The assembly includes a Fuji Electric SZ-RM mechanical interlock unit, which prevents both contactors from being energized simultaneously, along with two SZ-Z34 coil surge suppressor blocks rated 24-48V AC and one SZ-AS1/T auxiliary contact block. Motor overload protection is provided by a Fuji Electric TK-E3 TK80E thermal overload relay with an adjustable range of 48-68A, rated for direct mounting to SC-E3 and SC-E4 frame contactors. The overload relay includes push-to-test and reset functions, a trip indicator, and auto and manual reset modes. The main contactors carry IEC 60947, EN 60947, VDE 0660, JIS C 8201, and UL/CSA ratings. Bus bar-style load terminals with bolt-hole lugs are visible on the output side of the overload relay. The assembly is labeled FWD and REV on the forward and reverse contactors respectively. Made in Japan.
