The nameplate reads GE Fanuc AC Servo Motor, Model α 40/2000, Motor Spec A06B-0158-B075#7008, No. C975G0683, Date 97.05, Fanuc Ltd, Made in Japan. Ratings printed on the plate are 184 V, 25 A, 133 Hz, speed 2000 min-1, insulation class F, 3 phase winding connection, permanent magnet field, and stall torque 56 Nm, with IEC34-1/A2:1989 and CE and TUV Rheinland marks. The output (kW) value, stall current, 200 V inverter line, and manual part number are stained or damaged and are not readable, so they are not listed.

The nameplate is heavily stained with rust-colored corrosion and its edges are peeling. Dirt and debris are visible on the motor housing around the plate.
