The General Electric CR306F002ZBNG is a NEMA Size 4 full voltage non reversing magnetic motor starter from the 300 Line series, designed for across the line motor control in three phase industrial applications. Rated for a maximum of 600V AC with a continuous current rating of 135 amps, this open type starter accommodates motor loads up to 40 HP at 200V, 50 HP at 230V, and 100 HP at 460 / 575V three phase. The assembly includes the integral CR305 contactor, a three pole power section, and a three leg thermal overload relay block for protection across all phases. The control coil is rated 115 to 120V AC at 60 Hz or 110V AC at 50 Hz. Saddle clamp terminals provide secure connections for a range of conductor sizes, with staggered phase arrangement to simplify wiring. Toolless contactor disassembly allows direct access to the magnet, coil, and contact assemblies for inspection or maintenance. Silver cadmium oxide contact tips offer weld resistant performance during repeated switching cycles. Manual reset is provided on the overload relay. The CR306 platform supports a broad range of accessory kits including auxiliary contacts, replacement coils, mechanical interlocks, surge suppressors, and control circuit fusing. Made in USA at the Bloomington, Illinois facility. UL listed and CSA certified for industrial control equipment applications. Suitable as a replacement in existing GE 300 Line motor control centers, pump panels, HVAC equipment, conveyor systems, compressors, and other heavy duty three phase motor loads.
