The Giddings & Lewis LLC CMOS Memory Module, part number M.1016.8736, is an industrial control PCB assembly used in CNC and motion control systems. The identification label shows part number M.1016.8736 with old part number 502-03274-00. The board silkscreen is marked “CMOS MEMORY BD.” with assembly numbers 501-04090-00 and 502-03274-00 and a date marking of 12/83. Serial number D08552 is shown on the label.
