A sanitary pneumatic butterfly valve from Glacier Tanks, marked with part number 16AMP-G300 Rev 0. The valve body is constructed from SS304 stainless steel with a tri clamp OD of 91 mm, corresponding to a 3 in. sanitary pipe size. The pneumatic actuator is a heavy-duty cylindrical spring-return design, with an actuator air supply range of 5 to 7 bar (72 to 102 PSI) as shown on the notice label. Maximum output torque is rated at 20 NM, and shutoff time is listed at 1.5 seconds. A push-to-connect pneumatic fitting is present at the top of the actuator for air supply connection, and a position indicator port is visible on the actuator body. The valve incorporates a red adjustment mechanism at the actuator-to-valve interface. The butterfly disc is exposed at the tri clamp face and shows a polished stainless steel finish. The valve is manufactured in China for Glacier Tanks and carries the A3 marking visible on the nameplate face, consistent with 3-A sanitary standards designation used on Glacier Tanks products. Suitable for use in food, beverage, brewing, dairy, and similar sanitary process piping systems requiring automated pneumatic actuation with tri clamp connections.
