The Kaeser ANKCF25 is an oil/water separator designed for condensate management in compressed air systems. It carries the model designation KCF 25 and is manufactured in Germany for Kaeser USA. The unit is rated to handle up to 110 SCFM and is sized for use with compressors up to 25 HP. Per published Kaeser specifications, the KCF 25 has a maximum operating pressure of 232 psig, an operating temperature range of 41 to 140 degrees F, and features dual 1/2 in. hose connections for condensate inlet and a 1/2 in. hose connection for water outlet. The separator functions without electricity, using a high-performance filter media to remove oil from compressor condensate so the treated water can be discharged into a sanitary drain in compliance with applicable local regulations. A filter change indicator is incorporated into the housing to signal when cartridge replacement is required. Part number ANKCF25 is confirmed on the nameplate label. Certifications visible on the unit include CE marking. The unit ships with a Kaeser genuine spare parts kit including flexible hose and associated hardware, as shown in photos.
