This Klockner Moeller DIL 4 AM 3-pole IEC magnetic contactor is a large-frame industrial contactor rated for 160 amps open at 3-phase 600V maximum and 160 amps open at 3-pole break 250V DC maximum. The nameplate confirms HP ratings of 40 HP at 200V, 50 HP at 230V, 100 HP at 460V, and 125 HP at 575V, 3-phase. The unit carries UL and CSA listings and meets IEC 947, EN 60947, and VDE 0660 standards. AWG 6 to 2/0 wiring is supported with a tightening torque of 10 Nm. The assembly includes a Klockner Moeller 11 SI DIL M auxiliary contact block mounted to the contactor, rated AC-15, Ith 16A, Uimp 6000V, with 1 NO and 1 NC contacts, UL and CSA listed. A Klockner Moeller Z5-100/SK4 thermal overload relay is also attached, with an adjustable range of 70 to 100A, suitable for 10 kA RMS symmetrical at 600V AC maximum, with a maximum fuse of 400A Class J and maximum circuit breaker of 400A. The overload relay includes 1 NO and 1 NC auxiliary contacts. All three components are assembled together as a complete motor starter assembly. The DIL 4 AM is a discontinued model per the manufacturer. Visible surface wear and soiling consistent with industrial service use. Made in Germany per the auxiliary block nameplate.
