The Marco Fluid Tech UP6-P is a self-priming electric gear pump designed for transferring water, liquid additives, and similar fluids in marine, vehicle, and light industrial applications. Operating on 12V DC, the pump carries part number 164 065 12 and features PTFE (PEEK) gears housed in a nickel-plated brass body with a stainless steel shaft, providing chemical resistance for a wide range of compatible liquids.
Nameplate-confirmed specifications include a maximum flow rate of 26 liters per minute (6.9 gpm), maximum working pressure of 2 bar (29 psi), self-priming capability to 1.5 m (4.9 ft), and an IP67 ingress protection rating. The motor draws 10A continuously with a 15A fuse requirement. An internal EMI filter is integrated; the pump is not compatible with PWM speed controllers. Run-dry operation is limited to a maximum of 3 minutes, and use of a strainer is specified on the nameplate. Motor construction meets ISO 8849 Marine bilge pump standards.
