The Marco Fluid Tech UP1-J is a self-priming flexible impeller pump rated for 7.4 GPM (28 liters per minute) at 12V DC. Part number P-UP1-J-001 designates the FKM impeller variant, which offers improved resistance to a wider range of fluids compared to the standard nitrile version. The pump body is nickel-plated brass with a stainless steel shaft, and ports are 3/8 inch BSP female. Maximum lift is 10 meters (32 ft) at 1 bar (14.5 PSI), with a self-priming capability of 1.5 meters (4.9 ft). Fuse size is 10A. Protection rating is IP67, providing full dust exclusion and protection against water immersion up to 1 meter. An internal EMI filter is built into the motor housing; the pump is not compatible with PWM speed controllers. The FKM impeller tolerates fluid impurities up to 5 mm but is not suitable for abrasive particles or diesel fuel. Maximum dry run time is 5 minutes. The pump is ISO 8849 Marine certified and manufactured in Italy. Typical applications include fresh and salt water transfer, bilge pump duty, gray water, and antifreeze or glycol solutions. The unit ships in its original Marco blue box with foam insert and accessory hardware pack. Wire leads are pre-installed with bare ends for direct connection.
