The SC Hydraulic Engineering Corp model 10-600BW030 is a non-lubricated, air driven liquid pump from the 10-6 Series, manufactured by SC Hydraulic Engineering Corp of Brea, California. The 10-6 Series features a 7-inch diameter air piston with a 2.5-inch stroke and is the largest of the SC standard series pump family. The 10-600BW030 operates at a 55:1 pressure ratio, capable of delivering hydraulic outlet pressures up to approximately 5,500 psi when supplied with 100 psi drive air, based on published SC Hydraulic specifications for this series and ratio configuration. The BW designation in the model number indicates non-lubricated operation with Buna-N seals and stainless steel hydraulic section construction. This pump does not require an in-line air lubricator, as the non-lube design eliminates the need for lubrication in the air supply. The unit carries CE and ATEX certifications visible on the nameplate, with an ATEX classification of II 2 G and a temperature rating of T4 (T135°C), and an operating temperature range of negative 20 degrees C to positive 60 degrees C. Serial number 0627000142 is present on the nameplate. The pump ships with documentation included in a sealed bag, as visible in the photos. Typical applications for the 10-6 series include bolt tensioning, torque wrench actuation, aircraft jacks, burst and hydrostatic proof testing, filter presses, clamping, metal forming, and offshore oil field operations. Part number 10-600BW030 is the OEM-assigned model identifier used in active US industrial market listings.
