The nameplate reads Sick AG, D-79183 Waldkirch, Made in Germany, manufactured May 2023, type C4P-EA15031D00, ident no. 1220158 (1.1.0), serial no. 23220344, operating instructions 8021643, supply voltage 24V DC ±20%, power consumption 5.3 W or less plus OSSD load, typical scanning range 0 to 30 m, protective field height 1500 mm or less, resolution 30 to 80 mm, ambient operating temperature -30 C to +55 C, and enclosure rating IP65, IP67. Safety-related parameters on the plate are Type 4 per IEC 61496, Cat. 4, PL e per EN ISO 13849, and SIL3 per EN 62061 and IEC 61508.
