The nameplate reads Sick USA, Bloomington 55438, Assembled in USA, manufactured 2023, type C4P-SA12031AA0, ident no. 1116216, serial no. 23100036, operating instructions 8021643, supply voltage 24V DC ±20%, power consumption 2.1 W or less, typical scanning range 0 to 30 m, protective field height 1200 mm or less, resolution 30 to 80 mm, ambient operating temperature -30 C to +55 C, and enclosure rating IP65, IP67. Safety-related parameters on the plate are Type 4 per IEC 61496, Cat. 4, PL e per EN ISO 13849, and SIL3 per EN 62061 and IEC 61508. The plate also carries a Class 1 laser mark per EN/IEC 60825-1:2014 with a 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 compliance statement. A QR code is printed below the manufacturer block.
