Rated at 80A continuous current with a 208V 60Hz coil, this Telemecanique LC1D80 motor starter assembly is a complete three-phase contactor unit ready for direct installation. The assembly includes the LC1D80 main contactor body, an LX1D6L6 coil module rated 208V 60Hz, an LA1DN auxiliary contact block providing two normally open auxiliary contacts (terminals 153/154 and 163/164), and a Telemecanique LR2 D3357 thermal overload relay rated 37–50A. All four components are physically assembled and interconnected as shown. The contactor body carries the Telemecanique name and is rated for use on circuits up to 1000V IEC 947, with a UL listing of 170M Ind. Cont. Eq. at 600V AC max. Three-phase AC3 power ratings are 15kW at 220V, 22kW at 380V, 25kW at 415V, 30kW at 480V, and 33kW at 660V. US horsepower ratings per nameplate: 7.5 HP at 230V single phase, 15 HP at 200–230V three phase, and 40 HP at 460–575V three phase. The LR2 D3357 overload relay mounts directly to the contactor and is rated for Class 10A operation with a maximum fuse of 200A, AWG 10-0 CU wiring, and 75 lb. in. torque. It features a push-to-reset manual reset function. The overload relay is rated for use with LC1 D and LP1 D contactors only, per nameplate. The coil module and auxiliary block are both securely attached. All components are manufactured in France.
