Used in fourth-axis CNC machining applications, the Tsudakoma RWA-200R is a precision worm-gear NC rotary indexer with a 200mm (8 in.) table diameter, manufactured by Tsudakoma Corp. in Japan. This listing includes two matched units, machine numbers 210158 and 210156, sold together as a pair. Each unit was professionally integrated by Technitron Integration Services of Cincinnati, Ohio, and is equipped with a multi-pin circular motor connector and associated servo cabling.
The RWA series employs a dual-taper pneumatic clamping system for high clamp torque retention during cutting, combined with a dual-leading worm gear drive built with proprietary high-tensile brass alloy gearing. Ultra-precision cross-roller bearings support the table spindle for rigidity across radial, axial, and moment load directions. Each unit mounts in horizontal or vertical orientation to suit a variety of VMC and HMC fourth-axis setups. Lubricant fill and drain ports are accessible on the rear face of each unit.
Included with this listing are the following accessories, all documented as Tsudakoma or Pratt Burnerd America OEM components for the RWA-200 platform: one Pratt Burnerd America EZ83-A 8 in. 3-jaw Easy-Set self-centering chuck with factory PBA testing card (serial number 2102004, chuck model EZ83-A, max 3,100 RPM) and a 5C collet nose adapter marked Dunham; one Pratt Burnerd America RNA200 rotary table adapter plate (part number 08050RNA200, description: Adapter RNA200 to fit 8 in. EZ/Setrite); one Tsudakoma OEM faceplate 200mm (8 in.), part number TA-00788-00, compatible with RWA-200, RNE-200, RZ-201, and TWA-200 series tables; and associated hardware, keys, and accessories found in original packaging. The Sunnen-style honing mandrel rod and cross-handle bar visible in the accessory foam tray are included as found and are not Tsudakoma OEM components.
