Product Description

BIG Daishowa angle head, model BCV50-AGU/NBS20-315, on a CAT50 taper shank with a pull stud. The nameplate reads BIG ANGLE HEAD, BCV50-AGU/NBS20-315, speed ratio 1:1 and reverse max 4,000 min-1, with the code IGH065UL at the top of the plate. The gauge length of 315 mm, about 12.4 in, comes from the model number and has not been measured. The angle range and increment are not stated on the nameplate and are not listed here.

The face plate has an angle scale marked 0 through 9 with indexing holes, and a caution label on the body says not to over-tighten the angle adjustment pin and to return the pin to its original position before machining. The output end has a collet nut. The black anti-rotation arm shown in the photos is included and has a handwritten marking on it.
