A complete D'Andrea modular boring system assembled on a CAT50 (ANSI) spindle interface, made in Italy. The arbor is identified by part number 41.6.80.01.050.49, an MB80 modular connection tool holder with 180mm gauge length. Assembled to the arbor is a D'Andrea RD 80/50.45 reducing adapter and a PR 50 100 extension tube, both marked D'Andrea Made in Italy. The working end carries a D'Andrea TS 50/50 rough boring head with a confirmed boring range of 68 to 90mm (approximately 2.68 to 3.54 inches). A D'Andrea SMCC 50 shell mill cutter body is also present in the assembly, fitted with one carbide insert. All components are D'Andrea brand and interconnect via the D'Andrea Pro modular system using MB-series connections. The full assembled length is substantial, making this system suited to deep-bore applications in horizontal machining centers or large vertical machining centers equipped with CAT50 spindles.
