Used in machine tool applications including mills, lathes, and grinders, the Dayton 3GRW1 is a 3-phase immersion coolant pump rated at 1/2 HP. It operates on 230 or 460 volts at 50/60 Hz, drawing 2.0 amps at 230V or 1.0 amp at 460V, and is wired for 3-phase service with dual voltage configuration shown on the terminal box label. The motor carries Insulation Class E and bears a series date of 21/12.

The cast iron body pump is designed for immersion in coolant sumps and delivers cutting fluid to machine tool cutting zones. The extended column and pump head assembly position the impeller below the sump floor level while the motor remains above the fluid surface. Discharge port size is 3/4 in NPT per published Dayton specifications for this model. The pump carries CE certification as shown on the terminal box label.

The 3GRW1 is compatible with nonflammable liquids within the material compatibility range of its components, including cutting oils and water-soluble coolants up to 500 SSU viscosity and 180 degrees F.
