The Mazak EAHR-001 is a portable handheld manual pulse generator (MPG) pendant used on Mazak CNC machining centers and turning centers for jog control, axis positioning, and machine setup. The unit features a graduated rotary handwheel marked at 10 unit increments around its dial face, a recessed selector for choosing the active axis among X, Y, and Z, a step multiplier switch offering x1, x10, x100, and x1000 increments, and a positive/negative jog rocker. An integrated red mushroom emergency stop button with twist-release is mounted on the upper housing alongside a feed override or rotary selector knob and an indicator lamp. The pendant is housed in a black molded enclosure designed for handheld use on the shop floor and connects to the machine control through a heavy duty coiled cable terminated in a multi pin metal threaded circular connector.
