This is a Siemens 6EP4437-7EB00-3CX0 SITOP SEL1400 selectivity module. The side label reads SITOP SEL1400 Selectivity Module, 6EP4437-7EB00-3CX0, serial Q6R4C7RJHF5, Input: DC 24V, 40A (32A), Output: 4 x DC 24V, 10A (8A), Temp. (surrounding air): -40 to 60 C (70 C), Product State boxes 3, 4 and 5, TESTED, with UL Listed (Ind. Cont. Eq. 31UB), cULus, RCM, EAC, UKCA and CE marks, importer UK Siemens plc, Manchester M20 2UR, Siemens AG Osterreich, AT-1210 Vienna, Made in Austria.

The front is marked SITOP SEL1400 with terminals labeled INPUT (24V1, 24V2, 0V1, 0V2), OUTPUT 1 to 4, and 13, 14, NF and RST. It has rotary dials with a 2 to 10 A scale and a small switch marked 0 and 1. Short blue and white wire leads with clear marker sleeves are attached to the terminals. A white paper label on the front is partly covered by the wires. The gray housing has light wear and a small chipped corner on the rear edge.
