Used in water treatment, industrial process control, HVAC, and fluid handling systems, the Valworx 521442 is a 1/2 in. NPT lead-free brass ball valve assembled with the Valworx 530150 AP050 SR50 spring return rack and pinion pneumatic actuator. The valve body is rated to 600 PSI WOG and carries NSF 372 and NSF 61 certifications for lead-free construction and potable water compatibility. The SR50 actuator operates on 80 to 120 PSI pilot air pressure, opening the valve on air signal and returning to the closed (fail-safe) position via precompressed mechanical springs upon air loss.

The actuator features a rugged hard-anodized aluminum housing with an ISO 5211 valve mounting pad and a standard Namur interface for optional direct-mount solenoid valve installation. Port connections on the actuator body are NPT F03/F05, and the unit is manufactured in Italy as stamped on the actuator body. The valve nameplate identifies serial number 22105835 and a temperature range of 41 degrees F to 175 degrees F, with spring configuration noted as 5/5 springs per side. The actuator position indicator is clearly visible on top of the housing.

The valve body casting shows 1/2 in. size with PN40 rating and the "LF" (lead-free) designation. End connections are 1/2 in. NPT with union-style fittings for in-line serviceability. CE marked. Made in Italy (actuator).
