The valve body carries a stamped date code indicating manufacture in 2022. The tri-clamp end connection is sized to a 4 in. sanitary ferrule standard with a visible red silicone seal ring seated in the clamp flange. The cylindrical pneumatic actuator is assembled to the valve body via a stainless clamp yoke, with two air ports visible on the actuator endcap for supply and exhaust connections. Cipriani Harrison's single seat shut-off valves in the 800 Series are 3A authorized, constructed with PTFE and EPDM FDA-approved seals, and rated to a maximum line pressure of 150 PSI. The self-draining round body design minimizes product retention, and the modular clamp-assembled actuator allows field reconfiguration between normally open and normally closed functions by inverting the actuator.
