A pneumatic sanitary shut-off valve from Cipriani Harrison, manufactured in 2022 per the date stamp visible on the flange ring. The valve body and wetted components are constructed from forged AISI 316L stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance for use in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech processing environments. The 4 in. sanitary tri-clamp end connection conforms to standard ferrule dimensions for direct inline installation.
The assembly features a cylindrical pneumatic actuator integrated with the valve body via a clamp yoke arrangement, enabling quick disassembly and reassembly without tools. A red bleed fitting is present at the base of the actuator. The highly polished wetted surfaces support clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP) cleaning protocols.
