Used in hygienic process piping systems for fluid isolation and control, the Cipriani Harrison 4" AISI 316L 151/2 is a pneumatically actuated sanitary butterfly valve constructed from forged AISI 316L stainless steel. The valve features a cylindrical pneumatic actuator body with dual pneumatic port fittings and a 4-inch sanitary tri-clamp end connection stamped 4" AISI 316L on the clamp ring. The quarter-turn disc design allows full open and full closed positions via compressed air actuation. Cipriani Harrison butterfly valves in this series are forged rather than cast, producing a dense grain structure and a polished internal surface. The 316L alloy provides enhanced corrosion resistance compared to standard 316 stainless, making this valve suited for food and beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotech, and cosmetic process applications. The actuator body and valve head are assembled with a clamp connection for tool-assisted disassembly and maintenance. Cipriani Harrison Valves Corp. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer with over four decades of production in sanitary stainless steel flow control components.
