Used in Reliance Electric Maxpak V-S and MaxPak Plus series spindle drive systems, the 0-52838 is the USRA Spindle Drive Board manufactured by Reliance Electric, also marketed under the Baldor-Reliance and ABB labels on some variants. The board carries part number 0-52838, which is the OEM market-recognized identifier consistently used across US industrial surplus channels.

The PCB features eight polyester film capacitors, three of which have secondary support brackets securing them to the board. Ten integrated circuits are present, along with test points labeled TP1, TP3, and TP4, visible on the component side. LM3480 and LM346J ICs are among the identifiable components on the silkscreen. The board connects via a gold-finger edge connector at the top and mounts into the drive rack using an attached aluminum faceplate with set screws. A red LED indicator labeled "Low Torque" is located on the faceplate.

This product is discontinued by Reliance Electric. It is a legacy spare commonly sought for maintenance and repair of Reliance spindle drive systems in CNC machining environments. The board ships removed from its anti-static packaging, as shown in the photos.
