The valve body carries the stamp "4" AISI 316L 45/22," indicating a 2022 manufacture date, and connects via standard sanitary tri-clamp ends compatible with ISO and ASME BPE clamp fittings. A red silicone seal is visible at the valve disc seat, consistent with Cipriani Harrison's 100 Series standard seal configuration. The pneumatic actuator barrel is engraved with model reference 9C440/04/22 and the Cipriani Harrison logo. The actuator features a vertical orientation with accessible air inlet ports and a robust aluminum alloy housing, secured to the valve body via a stainless bracket and clamp assembly. Cipriani Harrison is a TUV NORD ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer whose 100 Series butterfly valves are engineered to meet 3A and ASME BPE hygienic standards. The forged stainless construction provides a nonporous, smooth wetted surface polished to Ra less than 0.8 microns. Quarter-turn pneumatic operation opens and closes the disc for flow isolation or control.
